This glorious cut of meat is a large ribeye steak that is specifically cut with about 8-12 inches of rib bone left on it. The bone is trimmed of fat and meat, making it look like the handle of an ax. The bone helps insulate the tender meat while it cooks. This steak is exceptionally tender and buttery and will melt in your mouth. It is a must for all meat lovers!
