First started his journey in the kitchen at JW Marriot in Phuket in 2017. He joined the Blue Voyage fleet in 2020 as the head chef of Blue Lagoon 421, Catamaran and later, in 2021, Blue Voyage flagship superyacht For Your Eyes Only. He joined Mia Kai’s team in 2023 to delight our onboard guests with traditional Thai dishes, fusion cuisine and modern international dishes. He has travelled extensively in Europe, and his cooking reflects his curiosity towards different culinary cultures. Whether sourcing the best local and imported ingredients or creating new dishes on demand, Chef First will satisfy even the most demanding of palates.
